Leaves are huge, but they are young and tender. You will know by touching the leaves. They are firm and soft to the touch. Time to harvest!
Harvested most of the leaves, leaving the Kai Lan plants still in the containers, hopefully they will grow more leaves very soon.
Stir-fried Kai Lan for dinner.
Happy Gardening !
Wow! That's tasty dish right from the garden
ReplyDeleteIt's really inspiring to see how much you grow just in containers. I've got a big enough garden and I should do better. Thank you for sharing what you grow. I can't wait to try growing daikon after reading your previous post about it:)
ReplyDeleteHow nice, Joyce! Fresh organic veggies right at your doorstep. I am just harvesting weeds LOL!
ReplyDeleteSo fresh! I have sowed my kailan seed yet. Thanks for reminding me.
